The classic separation between architect, engineering office and external auditors produces frictions that are invisible to the client but costly: exchange delays, misunderstandings, decisions lost in emails.

We have brought all technical skills together under one roof. Architecture and the Optibim engineering office work five metres apart, share BIM models in real time and settle decisions in the same room. One-off expertise (audits, energy performance, hydrology, rental permits) is handled by the same engineers who follow the ongoing projects.

Preparation of the environmental or single-permit file for classified installations and activities. Analysis of the applicable categories, class 3 declaration, dialogue with the administration and follow-up until issuance.
