Interior architecture
Fit-out integrated from the architectural sketch, not an after-the-fact add-on. Selection of materials and finishes, floor layout, bespoke furniture design, natural and artificial lighting design. For renovations and new builds. In-house library of more than 600 samples.

Engineering
Sister firm Optibim, under the same roof. Structure, EPB Q-ZEN, HVAC, BIM coordination, housing audits, hydrological studies, safety and health coordination, 3D scanner surveys. Engineers attend design meetings from the sketch phase — not after the permit.
